An oily sludge de-watering system in Newport achieves 42% dry solids in cake from a feed of 2-6ds.

Our centrifuges are available with capacities from 1 to120 cubic metres per hour. We can supply them as either mobile units, or install them as fixed plant units. We work with industry leaders such as Hiller and Frautech, and they can be used for de-watering and thickening of industrial and municipal sludges. Short and long term rig rentals are available, and we can supply temporary operating staff for the rigs or we can train your own staff. We supply MAS screw compacting filters and grinders, as well as genuine Pennwalt-Sharples spares including P52 and P125 gearboxes.

On-Site Centrifuge Rental

We operate a fleet of up-to-date mobile sludge dewatering systems, offering short and long term rental options to clients. Our systems can be supplied with operators or we can train your staff to run the plant. Renting avoids capital budget expenditure and is often used at sewage works and industrial sludge dewatering facilities to cope with seasonal processing requirements or where permanent equipment is undergoing long term maintenance. Capacities - units range in capacity from 1 to 120m3/h. Sitework - mobile systems are designed to be easily installed at your site, minimising your set up times and reducing disruption based on a closed hygienic design, the units do not require any washwater during operation. Complete turnkey systems are available for rapid installation at site.
